The United Arab Emirates has once again played a pivotal role in mediating the release of captives between Russia and Ukraine, successfully facilitating the exchange of 190 individuals. This marks the ninth successful mediation effort by the UAE since the onset of 2024, bringing the total number of captives exchanged through its mediation to 2,184.
