Dubai Unveils Mada Media Company to Revolutionize Advertising Landscape
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has established Mada Media Company, a new private joint-stock entity, to manage and operate advertising sites in Dubai, leveraging advanced technologies and strategic partnerships to achieve its objectives.

Dubai [UAE], September 12 (ANI/WAM): In a significant move to enhance the advertising ecosystem, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister, has decreed the establishment of Mada Media Company, a private joint-stock company (PJSC). This entity will oversee the management, development, and operation of advertising sites across Dubai, while also investing in cutting-edge advertising technologies and research.
The new law enables Mada Media to forge partnerships, acquire assets, and enter into contracts with third parties both within and beyond the emirate. Oversight of the company will be under the purview of the Commissioner General for the Infrastructure, Urban Planning, and Well-Being Pillar, ensuring compliance and alignment with the Articles of Association.
Spearheading the implementation of this initiative, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has approved the Articles of Association of Mada Media through Decision No. (79) of 2024. Additionally, Decision No. (80) of 2024 has been issued to appoint Mattar Mohammed Al Tayer as Chairman of the Board, with Hussein Mohammed Al Banna as Vice Chairman. The Board will include distinguished members such as Wissam AlAbbas Hussain Lootah and others. The transfer of advertising-related assets, rights, and obligations from RTA and Dubai Municipality to Mada Media will facilitate the company's operations under a concession agreement.
