In a devastating incident, 11 people, including students and parents, were killed after a school bus in China crashed into a crowd, as reported by Channel News Asia, citing CCTV. The tragedy occurred on Tuesday when the bus collided with a group of people outside a middle school in Tai'an city, Shandong province.

The collision resulted in the deaths of six parents and five students. According to CCTV, the crash happened at approximately 7:27 a.m. when the driver lost control of the bus while approaching the school, leading it to veer into a crowd gathered on the roadside. The impact was severe, leaving several individuals in critical condition.

Emergency services quickly responded, but the severity of the injuries underlined the grave nature of the accident. Among those injured, one is reported to be in a critical state, while 12 others are stable. Disturbing images and videos of the aftermath have circulated widely on social media, showing individuals in blood-stained clothing lying on the ground near the wrecked bus. Bystanders were seen providing aid to the injured. Local authorities have detained the driver for questioning, and an investigation is ongoing. This incident has intensified existing concerns about traffic safety and driving standards in China.
