At least 10 people were killed, and 15 others were injured when a bus carrying Pakistani pilgrims from Iran crashed at Makran in Balochistan on Sunday. This incident was reported by Pakistan-based ARY News, citing Levies.
The bus was en route from Iran to Punjab, Pakistan. The injured and dead were immediately taken to the District Headquarters Hospital in Othal. ARY News mentioned that the death toll could rise as more details emerge.
On January 17, a passenger bus overturned in Hub City, Balochistan, resulting in two deaths and 25 injuries. The bus, traveling from Quetta to Karachi, toppled in Bella, Hub. Rescue teams responded swiftly, transporting the victims to a nearby medical facility.
Due to thick winter fog, road accidents have been frequent across Pakistan. On January 16, two people died in a car collision near Ghamandpur village, Bahawalnagar. Back in November, a bus and rickshaw collision near Hub Chowki led to three deaths, including a woman and a girl. (ANI)
