Sharjah's Al Noor Island and Mleiha Centre Shine in TripAdvisor's 2024 Rankings

Al Noor Island in Sharjah has been named among the top 10 attractions in the Middle East by TripAdvisor, achieving 'Best of the Best' status for the second year. Mleiha Archaeological Centre clinched the Travelers' Choice Award for the seventh consecutive year, alongside Al Montazah Parks, recognized for its exciting water rides.

Sharjah's Al Noor Island has been celebrated as one of the top 10 attractions in the Middle East, earning the coveted 'Best of the Best' title for 2024 on TripAdvisor. This accolade marks the second year in a row that Al Noor Island, a family-friendly destination known for blending nature, art, and entertainment, has secured this prestigious recognition.

Managed by the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), Al Noor Island, since its inception, has been a major attraction in Sharjah. This 'Best of the Best' title places the island in the elite top 1 per cent of the 8 million listings on TripAdvisor, highlighting its unique appeal and quality.

Additionally, Sharjah's Mleiha Archaeological Centre has received the TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Award for 2024, marking its seventh consecutive year of recognition. Known for its significant natural and archaeological sites, Mleiha continues to offer exceptional experiences to visitors. Al Montazah Parks, another Sharjah highlight, also won the Travelers' Choice Award for its thrilling water rides.

Commenting on the accolades, Mahmoud Rashid Deemas, Director of Operations and Tourism Development at Shurooq, expressed his pride. 'We humbly accept this honor as a reflection of our unwavering dedication to crafting exceptional experiences.' He added that positive feedback from travelers motivates their team to continually strive for excellence.
