The Himachal Pradesh government is set to revolutionize its health care infrastructure by establishing model health centres in each of the state's 68 assembly constituencies, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu announced in the Vidhan Sabha on Monday.

In response to Anuradha Rana's inquiry, Sukhu stated that nine staff nurses will be deployed at all model health institutions. Health Minister Dr. Dhani Ram Shandil added that 600 job appointments across various categories will soon bolster these centres under the National Health Mission, eliminating any staffing shortfalls.

Addressing another question from Kewal Singh Pathania, Sukhu remarked that stronger financial measures will be rolled out in the coming months, with visible impacts expected in next year's budget. Despite political criticisms, the commitment to provide 125 units of free electricity remains unchanged for now.
