NHA Partners with MUHS to Drive Digital Health Education

In a significant move to advance digital health education nationwide, the National Health Authority (NHA) and Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) signed a memorandum of understanding on Tuesday.
The signing occurred in the presence of Union Health Minister J P Nadda, symbolizing a critical partnership commitment. MUHS will offer the Digital Health Foundation Course to NHA and develop more digital health programs to support the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM), according to a statement from the health ministry.
Nadda lauded this collaboration as a milestone in integrating digital health education into medical curricula, highlighting its potential to create a better-connected healthcare ecosystem. MUHS' CEO, Deepti Gaur Mukerjee, emphasized the transformative role of this partnership in adopting digital health solutions across India, preparing future healthcare professionals for technological advancements in patient care and healthcare delivery.
