He added that hospitals categorized 20 bodies as 'brought dead,' with 10 remaining 'unidentified.' In response to this surge, additional staff have been deployed to manage the increased workload.

Dr. Sharma emphasized the severity of the current weather conditions, warning that the ongoing heatwave is not typical. 'This heat is exceptionally harsh and poses a significant risk to life, particularly for certain vulnerable groups such as construction workers, security personnel, and traffic police.'
