MOSCOW, March 26 (Reuters) - In a significant diplomatic development, the Kremlin announced successful negotiations with the U.S. regarding conflicts involving Ukraine and Russia.
On Tuesday, agreements were made to cease fighting in the Black Sea and halt energy target attacks. These deals may lead to the U.S. easing some sanctions imposed on Moscow.
