The Budget Session of Parliament is set to reconvene on Wednesday, with pivotal legislation ready for deliberation. The Rajya Sabha will see the introduction of the Banking Laws (Amendment) Bill 2024 and the Protection of Interests in Aircraft Objects Bill 2025. Concurrently, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will present the 'Tribhuvan' Sahkari University Bill 2025 in the Lok Sabha.

Among the anticipated discussions, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is tasked with moving the Banking Laws (Amendment) Bill in the Rajya Sabha. This bill, which received the Lok Sabha's nod in December of the previous year, focuses on elevating governance standards and harmonizing banks' reporting to the Reserve Bank of India, while also fortifying depositor and investor protections.

Furthermore, Amit Shah will champion the 'Tribhuvan' Sahkari University Bill, aiming to transform the Institute of Rural Management Anand into a national institution and Unviersity specializing in cooperative education. Meanwhile, Union Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu will propose the Aircraft Objects Bill, intending to enforce the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment related to aviation, underscoring India's commitment to international aviation standards.
