In a grand ceremony that marks the convergence of tradition and technology, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel inaugurated a state-of-the-art Light and Sound Show at the Hatkeshwar Temple in Vadnagar. The event, which aims to enhance the spiritual journey of devotees, was launched as part of a larger festival celebrating this revered site.
The initiative, funded at Rs 5.53 crore by Gujarat Tourism Corporation Limited, intends to immerse visitors in the temple's ancient lore, which is believed to include the earthly emergence of Lord Shiva. This latest attraction adds to Vadnagar's portfolio of heritage sites, enhancing its appeal to both domestic and international tourists.
Patel highlighted Vadnagar's growing allure among visitors, noting the town's significant historical and religious sites. The Hatkeshwar Mahadev Temple, an architectural marvel with deep spiritual significance, is now the state's seventh pilgrimage site to feature a Light and Sound Show, further drawing in the pilgrim crowd seeking enlightenment and connection.
