Modi's Bihar Visit: Unveiling Development Bonanza of Over Rs 12,100 Crore

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will embark on a significant visit to Bihar on November 13, where he will spearhead a series of developmental endeavors valued at approximately Rs 12,100 crore. This includes inaugurating and laying foundation stones for numerous projects to bolster the state's infrastructure.
A critical highlight of this visit is the foundation stone laying for the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Darbhanga, with an estimated cost exceeding Rs 1260 crore. This significant medical institution will encompass facilities ranging from a super-specialty hospital and AYUSH block to nursing and medical colleges.
In a bid to enhance connectivity within Bihar, the Prime Minister will launch various National Highway projects, tallying around Rs 5,070 crore. This includes opening the four-lane Galgalia-Araria section of NH-327E and inaugurating essential rail and road infrastructures like two Rail over bridges and a major bridge connecting Jehanabad to Bihar Sharif.
The Prime Minister's agenda also covers the foundation of City Gas Distribution networks across five major districts, along with the commencement of a Bitumen manufacturing unit under the Indian Oil Corporation to decrease dependency on imports.
Promoting healthcare, Modi will introduce Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi Kendras at railway stations nationwide and will dedicate several pivotal rail projects aimed at easing congestion and improving connectivity.
