In a heartfelt post on the social media platform X, Priyanka shared a video homage, expressing, "Your dedication to the country, your sacrifices, the lessons learnt from you and the values you have given us will always guide us. Salute to your martyrdom." Her sentiments were echoed by Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, who also paid tribute at Indira Gandhi's memorial, Shakti Sthal.
