Adani Group Seals Major Power Deals with Maharashtra
Adani Power and Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Five Limited have signed agreements with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company to supply a combined 6,500 MW of power. This includes a 1,500 MW supply through Adani Power and a 5,000 MW solar power deal via Adani Renewable Energy.

The Adani Group has announced significant agreements with the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company to deliver a robust 6,500 MW of energy. The deal marks a substantial step in enhancing Maharashtra's power supply capabilities.
According to a regulatory filing, Adani Power Ltd has committed to supplying 1,500 MW of electricity. This agreement, known as the Power Supply Agreement (PSA), ensures a consistent energy provision for the next 25 years.
Separately, Adani Green Energy Ltd's subsidiary, Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Five Limited, has inked agreements for the delivery of 5,000 MW of solar power, reinforcing the group's renewable energy portfolio.
