In a message resonating with optimism, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel extended heartfelt Diwali and New Year wishes to Gujaratis domestically and worldwide. Emphasizing Diwali's symbolism of moving from darkness to light, Patel underscored its representation of hope and positivity, as stated by the Chief Minister's office.
Outlining a roadmap for 'Viksit Gujarat@2047', Patel aligned with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of 'Viksit Bharat@2047', promoting the ethos 'Earning Well, Living Well'. The Chief Minister called on Gujaratis to align with this vision, contributing actively to the state's development and appreciating Modi's visionary leadership for a sustainable global advancement.
In his message, Patel expressed hopes for renewed optimism, signaling growth and prosperity in the coming year. He urged unity in Gujarat's developmental journey. Notably, under the Swarnim Jayanti Mukyamantri Shaheri Vikas Yojana, Patel has sanctioned Rs 1664 crore for 502 urban projects and Rs 67.70 crore for sewerage improvements. Additionally, Rs 380 crore has been approved for flyover bridges in Surat, aiming to enhance city traffic flow.
