Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to commence a pivotal two-day tour of Gujarat, starting Wednesday, where he will inaugurate and lay the groundwork for multiple infrastructure and development initiatives valued at over Rs 280 crore in Ekta Nagar, Narmada district. This visit marks an essential step in bolstering local infrastructure, with projects designed to enhance tourist experiences, improve accessibility, and further sustainability efforts in the region. Subsequently, Prime Minister Modi will engage with Officer Trainees of the 99th Common Foundation Course at Aarambh 6.0.
Coinciding with Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, Modi's address to the Officer Trainees reflects the theme of "Roadmap for Aatmanirbhar and Viksit Bharat." Aarambh 6.0 integrates 653 Officer Trainees from 16 Indian civil services and three from Bhutan, underlining a commitment to unified national progress.
On October 31, PM Modi will pay homage to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at the Statue of Unity, preluding Rashtriya Ekta Diwas celebrations. Highlights include a pledge, parade, and performances by march contingents, including those from state police, central armed forces, and the NCC. Spectacular displays such as an NSG contingent, BSF and CRPF daredevil biking shows, martial arts exhibitions, and an Indian Air Force flypast promise to captivate spectators.
