Prime Minister Narendra Modi will usher in a wave of development activities in Ekta Nagar, coinciding with Diwali and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel's birth anniversary, celebrated as National Unity Day. During his visit on October 31, projects exceeding Rs 284 crore will be inaugurated in the Narmada district.

The 182-meter tall Statue of Unity in Kevadia, recognized as the world's tallest statue, continues to captivate tourists worldwide. Expanding on this legacy, Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate various projects including a Bonsai Garden, a Sewage Treatment Plant, and a Sardar Sarovar Dam Experience Center. A new Sub-District Hospital with a 50-bed capacity, built for Rs 22 crore, will also open its doors, enhancing medical services in the area.

Further, Modi will unveil traffic circles, smart bus stops, and car charging ports, along with a 4 MW solar project. These initiatives aim at reducing carbon footprints and traffic congestion. The Prime Minister will also officiate the launch of two ICU-on-wheels, significantly boosting emergency medical response in the region.
