During his visit to the National Defence College in the UAE, Indian Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi engaged with Brig Gen Staff Saeed Hassan M. Al Yammahi and the college's faculty. The discussions emphasized opportunities for mutual educational collaboration between Indian and UAE institutions.

Admiral Tripathi also highlighted the need to enhance training cooperation and facilitate Subject Matter Expert exchanges between the two countries' training establishments. He met with Matar Salem Ali Al Dhaheri, the Under Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, to further discuss these initiatives.

The meeting marked a pivotal step in deepening India-UAE defense ties, focusing on enhancing maritime security. Discussions centered on bolstering collaboration in maritime opportunities, capacity building, and information sharing.
