ICICI Securities Reports Robust 25% Profit Growth

ICICI Securities, part of the ICICI Group, disclosed a significant 25% year-on-year growth in profit after tax, attaining Rs 529 crore for the quarter ending September 2024.
Last year, during the same period, the brokerage posted a PAT of Rs 424 crore, as reported in filings to stock exchanges. The company's total income surged by 37%, reaching Rs 1,707 crore in the July-September quarter of FY25, compared to Rs 1,249 crore in the same period the previous fiscal year.
This impressive increase in income was primarily driven by the broking and distribution business. Meanwhile, shares of ICICI Securities ended 0.71% lower at Rs 844 on the BSE.
