Condemnations Mount After Tragic Gagangeer Terror Attack
Prominent leaders across India, including Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and others, have condemned the terrorist attack in Gagangeer, Jammu and Kashmir, that claimed the lives of two laborers. Security operations are underway as authorities vow justice, and thoughts of solidarity pour in for the victims and their families.

The terrorist attack in Gagangeer, Jammu and Kashmir, has sparked widespread condemnation from Indian leaders. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha expressed his firm assurance that the perpetrators would face justice, reaffirming the full operational liberty granted to the J&K Police, Army, and Security forces.
On Sunday evening, two laborers succumbed to the attack in the Ganderbal district. Following the incident, security forces have cordoned off the Sonamarg area, launching a comprehensive search operation to neutralize the attackers and secure the vicinity.
In the aftermath, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah joined in denouncing the horrific act, offering condolences to the families of the deceased and emphasizing the critical nature of the infrastructure project the laborers were involved in. Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi also condemned the violence, calling it a crime against humanity, and expressed her solidarity with the grieving families.
