Veteran hotelier late PRS Oberoi's daughter, Anastasia Oberoi, has taken legal action against her brother Vikramjit Oberoi, sister Natasha Oberoi, and cousin Arjun Oberoi in the Delhi High Court, alleging an attempt to obstruct the execution of their late father's will.

In a significant interim order on September 12, 2024, Justice Navin Chawla sided with Anastasia Oberoi and the other plaintiffs. The court issued an injunction to protect shares held by PRS Oberoi and preserved Anastasia and her mother's continued possession of their family residence.

Justice Chawla noted that the plaintiffs provided sufficient evidence to demonstrate the legitimacy of the Will and Codicil of PRS Oberoi. The court emphasized that the plaintiffs had established a strong prima facie case and would face irreparable harm if shares and properties were alienated before the defendants responded.
