Moneyview Acquires Jify.co to Expand Employee Financial Wellness Solutions

Bengaluru-based Moneyview has acquired Jify.co, enabling employees to access their earnings on demand. This deal will enhance Moneyview's financial services and allow Jify to expand its network. The collaboration aims to serve over 10 million employees and elevate Jify as a premier financial wellness platform.

Bengaluru-headquartered financial services company Moneyview announced on Thursday its acquisition of Jify.co, a platform that allows employees to access their earnings on demand, for an undisclosed amount.

This acquisition aims to enhance Moneyview's suite of financial services while providing Jify with the resources to scale its offerings to a broader network of employees and organizations, according to a statement from Moneyview.

Moneyview's Co-founder and CEO, Puneet Agarwal, stated, 'We are eager to use this collaboration as a way to strengthen and grow the strong customer base that Jify caters to and take it to new heights.' Jify.co's Co-founder and CEO, Anisha Dossa, added, 'Moneyview, with its wide array of financial solutions, will enable Jify to serve over 10 million employees within the next two years and establish itself as the premier employee financial wellness platform for salaried individuals.'
