These additions eliminate out-of-pocket expenses and cover vehicle cleaning costs, respectively. Magma HDI is addressing customer frustrations around motor insurance claims by introducing innovative new add-ons. Unveiled during Ganesh Chaturthi season, the Zero Excess Add-On and Car Spa Add-On aim to alleviate unexpected out-of-pocket expenses and ensure vehicles are maintained in pristine condition.
The Zero Excess Add-On waives compulsory deductibles for up to two claims within a policy period, eliminating extra costs for vehicle owners in case of accidents. Meanwhile, the Car Spa Add-On covers cleaning and washing costs, ensuring vehicles remain in top condition post-incident.
