Major Stake Acquisitions in Arvind Fashions by Goldman Sachs, ICICI Prudential, and Mahindra Manulife

The shares, priced between Rs 574.85 to 580.71 each, led to significant trading activity. Concurrently, Multiples Alternate Asset Management offloaded shares worth Rs 323.23 crore.

Investment giants Goldman Sachs, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and Mahindra Manulife Mutual Fund have collectively acquired stakes in Arvind Fashions, totaling Rs 381 crore, through open market transactions on Wednesday.
Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio bought 10.06 lakh shares, accounting for a 0.75% stake, while ICICI Prudential picked up 43.48 lakh shares or a 3.26% stake. Mahindra Manulife MF scooped up 12.75 lakh shares, translating to a 0.96% stake in the Bengaluru-based fashion company.
Simultaneously, Multiples Alternate Asset Management offloaded 56.23 lakh shares, representing a 4.22% stake, valuing the transaction at Rs 323.23 crore. This marks a significant reshuffling of stakeholders in the leading casual and denim segment firm.
