Amazon.com has initiated legal action, alleging that the U.S. labor board illegally meddled in a union election at a New York City warehouse. According to the lawsuit filed on Thursday, Amazon claims that the National Labor Relations Board's current structure is in violation of the U.S. Constitution.

The court filing, submitted in San Antonio, Texas, aims to prevent the National Labor Relations Board from ruling on a case which demands that Amazon negotiate with the union following its victory in the 2022 election at the Staten Island warehouse.
