The Kaveri River bridge in Navsari district, Gujarat, has been completed as of August 25, 2024, for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train Project. This structure marks the eleventh completed among twenty planned river bridges in Gujarat. According to the National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL), the 120-meter long bridge is supported by three 40-meter full-span girders. The piers vary in height from 13 to 21 meters, with diameters ranging from 4 to 5 meters.

Located between the Vapi and Bilimora Bullet Train stations, the bridge spans the Kaveri River, a tributary of the Ambika River. The Kaveri originates from the hills of Vansda taluka near the Gujarat-Maharashtra border and is about 46 kilometers from Vapi and 4 kilometers from Bilimora stations. This river bridge adds to the project's milestones, joining other completed bridges over rivers such as Par, Purna, and Ambika. The success of this bridge signifies significant progress in India's first high-speed rail corridor.

Construction is also advancing on a vital 1.4 km bridge over the Narmada River, the longest river bridge in the Gujarat section of the project. This bridge is supported by 25 well foundations, with five extending over 70 meters deep. Despite setbacks during the 2023 monsoon season, significant progress has been made, with the superstructure now under erection.
