Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday described the Bharatiya Janata Party's membership drive as a movement to connect individuals with the spirit of 'Nation First'. According to UP CM Yogi, the nationwide drive, which began today, aims to promote the vision of 'Developed India - Self-Reliant India'.

'The Bharatiya Janata Party's membership drive starting today is a movement to connect individuals with the spirit of Nation First, the resolve to serve the people, the vow of Antyodaya, and the vision of Developed India - Self-reliant India,' CM Yogi stated on X. He further called on BJP workers to make the drive successful by adopting the mantra of 'Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas'.

'Come, let all of us workers of @BJP4India make this national task successful with full energy and commitment by assimilating the mantra of Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas given by the respected Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji,' CM Yogi appealed on X. He emphasized that no house, person, or class should be left out in this initiative.

The BJP launched the nationwide membership drive on September 2. Earlier, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav met with BJP office bearers in Bhopal to outline the goals of the membership drive. The meeting took place at booth number 111 of the Dakshin Paschim assembly seat in Hindi Bhavan, Bhopal. Yadav stated that the party aims to enroll 1.5 crore members. 'I am pleased that the Bharatiya Janata Party is conducting a significant membership campaign, which led to simultaneous meetings in over 10.5 lakh booths across the country. In Madhya Pradesh alone, meetings were held at 64,871 booths. Today, I attended the meeting for booth number 111 of the Dakshin Paschim assembly seat in the city,' Yadav informed reporters.
