Jakson Green Secures $296 Crore UAE Credit for Uzbek Solar Energy Expansion

The funding will support international expansion, beginning with a 250 MW solar power project in Uzbekistan. Jakson Green has announced the acquisition of a Rs 296 crore credit facility from UAE-based First Abu Dhabi Bank. This financial boost is aimed at expanding the company's international business ventures, starting with an investment in Uzbekistan.
According to the company's statement, the funds will finance the establishment of a 250 MW solar power plant and a 63 MW/126 MWh battery energy storage system in Bukhara, Uzbekistan. This project signifies Jakson Green's significant milestone in entering Uzbekistan's renewable energy market.
This initiative is part of a larger strategy as Jakson Green aims to extend its global reach across the Middle East, Africa, CIS, and Europe, thereby marking an important phase in its international business expansion.
