In a tragic incident of violence, a 22-year-old youth identified as Shakti, a resident of Sector 17, Rohini, lost his life to stabbing due to an old enmity. This incident, which occurred within the jurisdiction of the KNK Marg Police Station in Rohini, Delhi, has prompted swift action from local authorities.

According to reports, the victim was immediately rushed to the hospital after the attack but was declared brought dead by doctors. Police authorities have registered a case under relevant sections of the law and have commenced an investigation. Three suspects linked to the crime have been detained for questioning.

Preliminary investigations suggest a history of enmity between the deceased and the alleged perpetrators, although specific details are still under scrutiny. This tragic incident has caused panic among local residents, highlighting the need for enhanced vigilance and preventive measures against such violence. Authorities are continuing their efforts to gather evidence and determine the full sequence of events.

A similar incident was reported from the Bhajanpura Police Station area on July 11, where a 28-year-old man named Sumit, working in the tour and travel business, was fatally stabbed. The incident took place following a verbal spat with a group of boys, who attacked him with a knife.

DCP North East Delhi Police Joy Tirkey stated, 'The incident occurred at 11:30 pm. The deceased, Sumit, worked in the tour and travel industry and ran a gym. The area falls under the Bhajanpura Police Station.' Sumit sustained around 17 stab wounds and was taken to JPC hospital, where he was declared dead.

Initial investigations revealed that the deceased was involved in drug trade and had taken money from the accused to provide narcotics but had neither provided the drugs nor returned the money. (ANI)
