Tragic Road Accident in Noida: 3 Dead, 9 Injured

A road accident in Noida early Tuesday resulted in three deaths and nine injuries after a car collided with a pickup truck, causing it to overturn. Authorities rushed the injured to a nearby hospital, while a traffic advisory was issued in Delhi due to a separate incident on Munirka Flyover.

Early Tuesday morning, a devastating road accident in Noida claimed three lives and injured nine others, police said. The accident occurred when a car collided with a pickup truck, causing it to go out of control and overturn. The incident took place around 3 am within the jurisdiction of PS Ecotech-3.

Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (ADCP) Central Noida Hirdesh Katheriya, speaking to ANI, stated that the occupants of both vehicles were acquaintances returning to Kulesara after attending a wedding. Upon receiving information, police immediately arrived at the scene and transported the injured to a nearby hospital.

During treatment, three individuals succumbed to their injuries, while four of the nine injured were referred to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi for further treatment. In a separate incident, the Delhi Traffic Police issued a traffic advisory regarding delays on Outer Ring Road due to an accident involving two loaded trailers on Munirka Flyover. Visuals shared by authorities showed two trailers stranded on the flyover, one having collided with the rear of the other.
