The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced on Sunday the scheduling of a re-test for Central University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET-UG) affected candidates in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode on July 19, 2024.
NTA initially held the CUET (UG)-2024 Examination in a hybrid mode, utilizing both CBT and Pen & Paper, across several dates in May 2024. The tests spanned across 379 cities, including 26 international locations, accommodating around 13.48 lakh candidates.
From July 7 to 9, 2024, NTA invited challenges, which were reviewed by subject experts. Consequently, final answer keys are being prepared for upload on the CUET-UG official website imminently. Based on grievances received up to June 30, and additional complaints up to July 9, a re-examination was deemed necessary for the affected candidates.
Information regarding the re-test has been emailed to affected candidates, specifying their subject codes. Admit cards will soon be issued, and candidates are required to download them from the official website using their application number and date of birth, following the provided instructions carefully.
If candidates encounter difficulties in downloading their admit cards, they can contact the provided helpline numbers or email support. Candidates are further advised to frequently visit the NTA official websites for the latest updates on the examination.
