"We were waiting for the results, and what happened? PM Modi came again. A few days ago, I met him and congratulated him on behalf of the people of Tripura. He, in turn, thanked me and said that we did well in Tripura, as the BJP won both the seats with massive votes and in the by-elections too. PM Modi has congratulated all the people of Tripura," said the Chief Minister. Dr Saha further said that in Mann Ki Baat, PM Modi highlighted small things and also appealed to everyone to encourage the players preparing for the Olympics.

"Now, India is in a good position in terms of sports, bagging many medals and bringing laurels to the country, which was tough in the past. PM Modi has stressed Vocal For Local. We must focus on these things in Tripura through SHGs. PM Modi is working to make our country a dynamic India," he added.
