Iraq's NOC to join Total in Basra project, INA reports

Iraq's cabinet has approved the Iraqi National Oil Company's (NOC) participation with France's Total as a financing partner in the company's mega project in Basra, state news agency INA cited the Iraqi oil minister as saying on Tuesday.

Total will build four giant energy projects in southern Iraq under a $27 billion deal signed in Baghdad in September.
