Song Joong-Ki’s new idea of rebuilding mansion, Song Hye-Kyo in cover of Harper’s Bazaar

It has been over eight months since Song Joong-Ki and Song Hye-Kyo legally separated. Fans were even shocked to see a marriage of around 20 months broke when the Arthdal Chronicles’ actor filed for divorce during mid last year.
Everyone knows that the court hardly took much time to solve Song Joong-Ki and Song Hye-Kyo’s divorce case because the Descendants of the Sun actors did not ask for the division of properties and any sort of compensation. In other words, they had an amicable breakup.
According to Today Online, Song Joong-Ki ordered tearing down of a house in the upscale Itaewon neighbourhood which he once shared with Song Hye-Kyo. He purchased that house that reportedly worth USD 11.6 million.
The former couple bought that house which many of their fans believed would be their love nest. The reports stated that during the time of purchasing, the 34-year-old actor paid that huge amount for the property. Now the actor is said to be erasing his memories with Song Hye-Kyo by ordering the demolition of that house.
The above-mentioned website also confirmed that the house was demolished and Song Joong-Ki is pondering over to build a new mansion on it. With the publishing of some snaps of the home being torn down, the media outlet also claimed that the mansion is allowed to have a maximum of two-storey above the ground and three levels underground.
The permit of rebuilding on the plot was issued on November 16, 2018. But the construction commenced only in February this year. As Song Joong-Ki requested for three underground levels to be constructed, they would have to dig up over 5 metres of soil.
On the other hand, the avid followers and fans of Song Hye-Kyo are amazed to see her in the cover pictorial for Harper’s Bazaar magazine in Thailand. The 38-year-old actress was chosen as the cover star for the magazine’s Thailand’s 15th anniversary celebration edition. The young actress looks severely beautiful in all the pictures published in Harper’s Bazaar magazine (Thailand edition).
