A UK-based charity, Inochi, has successfully raised £85,000 at its inaugural Diwali Ball held in London. The funds are intended to support various impactful projects aimed at aiding disabled and disadvantaged children.

The event, held at Hilton London Syon Park, featured numerous performances and a keynote speech by celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor. Attendees participated in a silent auction with the chance to join Kapoor in a televised cookery show, which fetched £2,500.

Proceeds from the event will benefit partner organizations, including Variety and the Kartik Prabhu Foundation, ensuring that more disabled children receive necessary equipment and support. Inochi plans to continue its efforts, backed by organizations like Sutherland, ICICI Bank, and Hindustan Institute of Technology.
