In a significant address on Thursday, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath proclaimed that India's strength is deeply connected with Sanatan Dharma, advocating for unity beyond caste and religious divides. This message was part of the historic Diwali celebrations in Ayodhya, reflecting on India's cultural ethos.
During his visit to the new Ram temple and the Hanuman Garhi temple, Adityanath extended Diwali greetings, noting the festival's unparalleled nature as 'Ram Lalla' returned to his abode after 500 years. The government aims to revive Ayodhya's ancient Diwali traditions through the 'Deepotsav' event, showcasing its cultural glory to the world.
Emphasizing the importance of unity, Adityanath warned against divisions that could weaken society. He conducted various engagements, including distributing gifts in Mirapur Bulandi Dalit Basti and meeting with religious leaders to honor their contributions to the Ram temple cause, marking the festival's celebratory spirit.
