Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has embarked on a pivotal two-day visit to Qatar, aimed at bolstering cooperation in vital sectors including trade and investment. The visit comes as part of an invitation from Qatar's Emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, following Sharif's participation in an investment conference in Saudi Arabia.
While in Doha, Prime Minister Sharif is set to engage in a series of bilateral talks with the Qatari ruler and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani. These discussions will cover the complete spectrum of bilateral ties and examine avenues for future cooperation, with an emphasis on economic partnerships.
In addition to political engagements, Sharif will inaugurate 'Manzar: Art and Architecture in Pakistan from 1940 to present,' a cultural exhibition that highlights Pakistan's artistic heritage and the deep-rooted connections between the people of Pakistan and Qatar.
