Vibrant Festivities Light Up Ayodhya for Eighth Deepotsav Celebration

Ayodhya was engulfed in a festive atmosphere on Wednesday as a vibrant procession featuring tableaux inspired by the Ramayan paraded through the town for the eighth Deepotsav celebration.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who participated in the event, performed an 'aarti' and also pulled the chariot with artistes portraying Lord Ram and others.
The town plans to set a new world record by lighting over 28 lakh diyas, while international artists and cultural displays captured the essence of the historic celebration.
