The eighth edition of Ayodhya's Deepotsav promises to be an unprecedented celebration, as it marks the first Diwali since the consecration of the Ram Temple last January.
The Uttar Pradesh government aims to set a new world record by lighting 28 lakh eco-friendly lamps along the Saryu river. These eco-friendly lamps are designed to protect the temple from stains and soot, adding a sustainable twist to the festivities.
Among the voices celebrating this historic event are Acharya Satyendra Das and the seer of Hanumangarhi temple, who emphasized the unparalleled enthusiasm reminiscent of the Treta Yug. Ayodhya's Mayor anticipates a visit from one lakh attendees, affirming the global intrigue surrounding Deepotsav.
