Homevista Decor & Furnishings Acquires DesignCafe, Raises Rs 225 Crore Fund

Homevista Decor & Furnishings Pvt Ltd has announced its acquisition of DesignCafe and raised Rs 225 crore in funds from investors. This move aims to create the largest entity in India's interior sector, combining the strengths of multiple brands and unlocking significant synergies across various operational areas.

Homevista Decor & Furnishings Pvt Ltd announced on Wednesday the acquisition of home interiors firm DesignCafe and the raising of Rs 225 crore in investment funds as part of its expansion strategy.

According to a statement, this acquisition, pending regulatory approval, will establish the largest entity in India's interiors market in terms of projects delivered.

Post-acquisition, the combined entity aims to achieve a revenue of Rs 1,000 crore in FY25, marking a 33% increase from the Rs 761 crore expected in FY24, and will be EBITDA profitable.
