The 2024 Hengshui Lake Marathon drew an international crowd of 20,000 runners from 26 countries, kicking off at 7:30 AM.

In a fiercely competitive race, Peiyou Feng clinched the men's title with a time of 2:10:13. Zhongrui Guo and Tianyu Chen followed closely, earning silver and bronze medals. Cuomu Ciren won the women's race in 2:26:47, with Xia Zhou and Dan Li taking silver and bronze.

Kenya's Benard Kipkorir and Ethiopia's Atalel Anmut Dargie also emerged victorious, with times of 2:09:57 and 2:23:39 respectively. The event sets the stage for the 2025 Hengshui Lake Marathon.
