Controversial seer Yati Narshinganand Giri has voiced strong opposition against the T20 cricket match between India and Bangladesh, set to take place in Delhi on October 9. He criticized the Indian government for inviting Bangladesh, given the recent killings of Hindus in that country.

Speaking to reporters, Giri expressed disdain that Bangladesh players are unafraid to visit India, as they know 'no Hindu will throw stones' at them. He highlighted that the players are enjoying five-star accommodations and warm receptions from the Indian populace.

Giri further announced plans to oppose the match. Meanwhile, the UN Human Rights Office reported nearly 650 deaths in Bangladesh's recent unrest and called for a thorough investigation. The Bangladesh National Hindu Grand Alliance noted widespread attacks on Hindus across 48 districts, labeling it an 'assault on the Hindu religion'.
