Anil Kapoor Reflects on ‘Taal’ and Emmy Nomination for ‘The Night Manager’

Veteran actor Anil Kapoor reflects on the re-release of 'Taal', set to hit cinema halls on September 27 to celebrate its 25th anniversary. Speaking at a special screening organized by Radio Nasha, Kapoor expressed his gratitude for being part of the iconic musical drama directed by Subhash Ghai.
'Taal', which originally released on August 13, 1999, remains popular for its timeless soundtrack composed by AR Rahman and lyrics by Anand Bakshi. The film stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Akshaye Khanna alongside Kapoor.
Additionally, Kapoor shared his excitement about the International Emmy Award nomination for his role in the Indian version of 'The Night Manager'. The series received a nomination in the drama series category for the 2024 awards ceremony in New York.
