Taylor Swift's black-and-white video titled 'Fortnight' featuring Post Malone took home the Video of the Year award at MTV's annual Video Music Awards on Wednesday. The video, released in April as the first single from Swift's album 'The Tortured Poets Department,' depicts a bleak hospital setting, a reflection of Swift's mindset during the album's creation.

'This video seems very sad when you watch it, but it actually was the most fun video to make,' Swift said while accepting the Moon Person statuette. She revealed that her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce, was cheering her on from the studio, adding an element of joy and fun to the shoot. 'Everything this man touches turns to happiness and fun and magic,' Swift said, expressing her gratitude towards Kelce.

Earlier in the evening, 'Fortnight' also won best collaboration, prompting Swift to praise Malone as 'ridiculously talented' and 'unfailingly polite.' Malone reciprocated the compliments, calling Swift 'absolutely one of the most kind and talented people' he's known. He also described Swift's directorial role on the set as 'bad ass.'
