Hollywood actor Dave Bautista has hinted at a potential reunion with his 'Guardians of the Galaxy' co-stars in future projects outside of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The franchise, directed by James Gunn, first hit theaters in 2014 and was a major success, leading to sequels in 2017 and 2023. Bautista, along with Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Vin Diesel, and Karen Gillan, played key roles in the popular series.

Speaking to ComicBook.com, Bautista stated his eagerness to collaborate with his co-stars in new ventures. He has already worked with Karen Gillan in 'Stuber' (2019) and Pom Klementieff in 'The Killer's Game,' set to release on September 13.

When asked about the possibility of joining the DCU under James Gunn's direction, the actor revealed he is open to the idea given the right role. 'The Killer's Game,' directed by J J Perry, also stars Sofia Boutella and Scott Adkins. Bautista is also set to feature in 'The Last Showgirl' alongside Pamela Anderson, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last week.
