PropEquity Launches 'PropAlert' to Monitor Housing Projects for Homebuyers

The service aims to protect homebuyers' interests and bridge the knowledge gap between them and developers. PropAlert will also cater to NRI investors and is expected to gain significant traction by 2025.

Real estate data analytics firm PropEquity has launched a new service called 'PropAlert', designed to offer regular updates to homebuyers about the progress of construction activities in housing projects.
This new vertical aims to protect the interests of homebuyers who invest in under-construction properties. PropEquity stated that PropAlert will provide real-time updates and actionable intelligence on construction activities, helping improve transparency and information flow.
According to Samir Jasuja, Founder and CEO of PropEquity, PropAlert will help bridge the knowledge gap between homebuyers and real estate developers, and also cater to NRI investors. The firm expects to generate Rs 12 crore in revenue and gain over 10,000 subscribers by September 2025.
