Aparshakti Khurana, famous for his notable performances in 'Stree', 'Pati Patni Aur Woh', and 'Stree 2', is set to showcase a new dimension of his acting prowess in the upcoming movie 'Berlin'. The film, based in the politically charged atmosphere of 1990s New Delhi, features Khurana in a challenging role.

Speaking with ANI, Khurana revealed, "The biggest leap is transitioning from comedy to serious cinema. In most of my previous films, I had to adapt dialects, but this time, the process is entirely different." Khurana, who plays a sign language expert, expressed his excitement and the challenges he faced, stating, "Sign language is something rarely depicted on screen, and mastering it was difficult. It also carried the responsibility of representing a community that deserves immense respect."

The role carries significant responsibilities, as it involves accurately representing the community and shedding light on relevant issues."

Written and directed by Atul Sabharwal, 'Berlin' stars Aparshakti Khurana, Ishwak Singh, Rahul Bose, Anupriya Goenka, and Kabir Bedi. The film will be available on the ZEE5 platform.
