After 15 years apart, British rock band Oasis has announced their reunion, with brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher set to perform a series of live shows in 2025.

The iconic band, which achieved fame with their debut album 'Definitely Maybe' 30 years ago, disbanded in 2009 when lead guitarist and primary songwriter Noel Gallagher declared he could no longer work with frontman Liam Gallagher. The band made the announcement of their forthcoming reunion on social media platform X, with ticket sales starting this Saturday. Their first performance is scheduled for July 4 in Cardiff next year.

Oasis will hold a total of 14 gigs across various cities including Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh, and Dublin. The 2025 tour will also celebrate the 30th anniversary of their second album '(What's the Story) Morning Glory?', which featured hit singles such as 'Don't Look Back in Anger' and 'Wonderwall'.
