CT Ravi Urges Karnataka Governor to Release Justice Kempanna's Report on Arkavathi Layout Controversy

CT Ravi, the Former BJP national general secretary and MLC, on Saturday implored Karnataka Governor Thawarchand Gehlot to mandate Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to release Justice Kempanna's report regarding the Arkavathi layout controversy.
In a formal letter to the Governor, Ravi highlighted the corruption and illegal denotification of 852 acres, estimated to be worth Rs 8,000 crore, under the previous Congress administration.
Ravi emphasized that judicial inquiry reports are public documents and must be made accessible. He expressed his concern about the report's continued confidentiality, calling for immediate public disclosure to ensure transparency.
