Launch of Grand Challenge: Amplifying Student Startups
AWS and Campus Fund have launched the fifth edition of the Grand Challenge, aimed at recognizing India's best student-led startups. Applications are open until September 15th, 2024. Top 15 startups will compete in Mumbai, with winners eligible for investments of up to Rs. 4 Crores. Previous winners have raised over $30 million.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Campus Fund have kicked off the fifth edition of the Grand Challenge, a prominent platform recognizing India's best student-led startups. Applications will remain open until September 15, 2024, inviting student entrepreneurs from various sectors to vie for this prestigious award.
This year's jury includes young innovators and industry veterans. The top 15 startups will present their pitches in person at the Grand Finale in Mumbai, where winners could secure investments of up to Rs. 4 Crores from Campus Fund.
Previous winners like Paradyes, Digantara, and Treacle Technologies have collectively raised over $30 million, underscoring the Grand Challenge's significant role in accelerating India's startup ecosystem. The event aims to foster innovation, job creation, and economic growth by nurturing student talent from over 1,200 universities and institutes nationwide.
